It appears that the reinforcing Jagdpanzers in this scenario are using the sewer icon and unsurprisingly they don't have any armament. Unit IDs are C0, C1, C2 and they are supposed to reinforce on Turn 7.

Now fixed. This will be included with the patch when it's released but here it is for those of you who want it
