Should there be a technical FAQ?

DRG and Andy often talk about how people should look around the board first before asking for help on their bugs. IMO it'd be easier if we started a technical FAQ with all the common questions, sticky it, and call it something like "Technical FAQ- Look Here Before Asking for Help" or something. What do you think?

I have thought about using a section of my Winspwiki for something like this. I planned to concentrate on Scenario and Campaign designing stuff but a detailed HELP section might be worth adding. We could comb all the forums looking for information and post all in one location that way.
