View Full Version : Is the registration code/process OS specific?

Hi,

I want to purchase Weird Worlds, but havn't yet, so note that I may be making some incorrect assumptions about the purchase process.

Most shareware, when you purchase it, you're given some sort of registration code. Assuming that's the case for Weird Worlds, does the registration code work for both Macs and PCs? I've got a nice new MacBook which I just installed Windows on. Which is slightly uncomfortable for me, so I thought that getting some Weird Worlds up on both sides might make me feel a bit better about the whole deal. And it seems a bit silly to buy two copies, they being the same physical machine and all.

I see that there are a bunch of mac users here, so has anybody tried it yet?

Thanks

I guess, if anybody reads this and is curious, the answer is that there is no registration code... rather, you get a download which is the full version. So... OS specific.

So Weird Worlds for my Mac, and I'll have to stick with the original SAIS for the windows side. C'est la vie.
