The purpose of this technical note is to provide a step-by-step flowchart for the PBEM process for all PBEM types (excluding competition mode) as a primer for newer players.
It should be read alongside the Game Guide PBEM instructions as a supplement, it is not a replacement. (Utilities tab of the Game Options programme, press the "Game Manual" button to bring the Game Guide up in Internet Explorer, then click on the "Playing by Mail (PBEM)" link).
It is a Word document - if you do not have Microsoft Word, you can find a viewer to read these at Microsoft Word Viewer (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=95E24C87-8732-48D5-8689-AB826E7B8FDF&displaylang=en)
