Hello

Doe's exist one method to obtain in a scenario civilians or prisoners who will be not shooted by the ennemy ? Many thanks.

Nope. No neutrals or bystanders. This is a wargame where there are only 2 sides - anything not "us" is "them" and hence to be shot at.
