I'm reading this book by Hector C Bywater, which was written in 1924-25, and really has a lot of accurate predictions on the way a war between the US and Japan would go, and there's some ground combat which would make for some interesting SPWW2 scenarios, with aircraft barely worthy of the name, etc. Also, many of the scenario mapslike the Phillipines, Guam, etc could easily be transferred over to "normal" WW2 scenarios.

Any interest this "what if" 1930s war?

I'm always interested in PTO.

I've heard of the book. Lead to a lot of conspiracy theories after the war.

I would be very interested. I have also heard of the book but not the conspiracy theories. Was it used for any Case Orange planning?
