In the Dom2demo game I am currently playing, I have found additional sites/provinces that means I can recruit at least 4 mages per turn by turn 20. At this rate would'nt I be able to have a 50+ strong mage army, protected by some gunts of course. Even if they have lvl 3 or lower in there magic paths, wouldn't they be hugely powerful?

Especially as some would be able to cast quickness which would enable them to cast 2/spells per turn.

As anyone tried this?

Would it be just possible single player or in multiplayer too?

Anyone pulled it off in MP?

Thanks in advance for yr wisdom.

Actually that's pretty much all I use for my armies.

This is more or less the default MP strategy.

Yeah. Thanks to the vast amounts of mages and summons someone called Dominions "Summinions". http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

But yeah, it's pretty much the default way of doing things. I recruit so much mages I barely do anything else.
