Since when is Flight an offensive spell? An assassin with air power kept casting it on my commander until he was killed.

Flying causes extra fatigue, maybe thats it? or maybe your commander attacked and got repelled alot?

How about a save so we can watch the replay?

I think it's been mentioned earlier. Way back with DomII.

The assassin got killed, or your commander did? (If the assassin simply kept casting flight, I would think your commander won.)

The assassin got killed.
This is the save. I guess you will need all three of my mods enabled to view it.

Im guessing the battle started, the enemy had fly cast on them (useful for bringing small parts of armies towards you at a time, not so useful 1v1) and then flew over and killed your assasin.

No. It wasnt my assassin. If you will check my save you will see that my commander got flight from the assassin after first few casts have missed. And the assassin already had flight.
My theory is that the assassin was trying to cast some other offensive spell, but there is a bug in spell numbers.
