The oficial name of this aircraft is very simply F-16 Jastrzab (translated english Falcon)

to be more precise -the name Jastrzab doesnt come from simple Falcon translation (pure coinsidence). It comes from polish pre-WWII fighter-plane flying-prototype called Jastrzab (Falcon in english).
