Licensing from EA for Space Horse?

Is MULE public domain now? Were there any royalties or anything else you had to give EA for this game? I'm curious cuz I'm seeing TONS of M.U.L.E. clones out there. Thanks for answering my question.

Sorry for the delay. EA is holding onto the M.U.L.E. name, so there is no relationship to M.U.L.E. or EA other than the idea.
