Hi All
For Formation 366 (and probably others) where Heavy Mgs are grouped with 251/17s for command purposes but there is a problem. The MGs cannot load into these vehicles as they have carrying capacity of 0. The 251/17s should have a carrying capacity of min 3 and the 6 man 2 MG sections removed from the formations picklist.

I will look at this when we are done with the MBT patch. The MMGs should not have been paired with the 251/17's.

OK no worries thanks,
Im not particularily concerned which vehicles the weapons were carried in but I should just point out that according to the reference it appears the MGs could be/were carried in the 251/17s.

True and some references also say..

"Without even beginning to discuss the realities of equipment shortages and units fighting below strength, there was huge scope for units to operate on a wide variety of tables. As a result, it is difficult to offer an accurate assessment of what a Panzer Grenadier Battalion ( or company ) would have looked like at a particular point in time, unlike their British and American contemporaries. "

There are "game realities" to consider as well. If "the 6 man 2 MG sections (are ) removed from the formations picklist" that will have a domino effect on three dozen other formations so ripping those MMG (2)units out of the PzGren company formations and increasing the capacity of the 251/17's simply creates other problems so the "solution" requires care and is more than just a quick fix which, as I said, I will look at when the MBT patch is done.
