Hey all. Is there any way to bring back dead generals?

If he is in the hall of fame, there's a death spell that will reanimate him as a mummy (if he later die again the spell can be cast again)

If it is an unique unit summoned by a spell (such as an elemental king/queen, you can summon him again if he die (provided that nobody else summon him/her before you)

If it's your pretender, your priests get a new order "call god" when he die.

Else no luck, the commander is gone for good.

Of course there's ways to protect a commander, and immortality/twiceborn/ritual of returning are all good methods to prevent the loss of a precious commander.

Thanks Jack. I'll follow that advice.

LOVE your Q+A. Here's something you might appreciate. I do TV narrations in Los Angeles. One day I went to my Agent's site and saw... Byron from Babylon 5. I fell off my chair laughing, as I had just seen the episode where he blows himself up. I've actually become sort of friends w/ him. Great guy.

If you don't believe me: voexpress.com His picture is on the right side, Robin Atkins Downs. Too funny.

Similiar question about prophets. If they die, can I make a new one? If I can, how much do I have to wait before it's possible?

I think it is a half-year (two turns) before you can declare a new prophet.

Isn't each turn a month?

Yes. Half a year is two seasons (6 turns), not two turns.
