What happens if I have a Dai Oni that has the elixer of life and casts pheonix pyre?

Case abreviation:
A. revives without pyre active
B. revives with pyre active
C. revives with 0 fatigue
D. revives with 100+ fatigue (or whatever he had at death)

1. Keeps dying/reviving with pyre. When 100+ fatigue the elixer kicks in: he revives AC, AD, BC, BD?

2. Dies first time, the elixer kicks in: he revives AC, BC?

3. Keeps dying/reviving with pyre. When 100+ fatigue, he revives as oni spirit: AC, BC?

Does Pheonix pyre last the whole battle, even if he is revived by another method? Does the pyre effect stay when he goes to Oni Spirit?

Is it possible for the Dai Oni to die/blow-up/revive a bunch of times, then, after fatigue, elixer pops him back to die/blow-up/revive a bunch of times, then, after fatigue, oni spirit pops him back up to die/blow-up/revive a bunch of times?

I don't know if it's possible...but I certainly hope so.

Are Dai Oni responsible for the Chinese invention of firecrackers? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/shock.gif

Ouch, reading FAJ's post hurt my brain, also where are the upside down answers?

I am hoping those upside down answers are in one of you forum-goers minds.

Also, as a side question with no relevence to the original: does shadow brand have lifedrain of any sort?

So, does anyone know if the pheonix pyre effect is removed if the guy revives by a different means?

Shadow brand has the Leeching Darkness effect. I don't know if this is lifedrain, but I do know that it affects more than one square, so it's possible to kill your own commander with it... I lost one of EA Ulm's war chief's (or whatever they're called... the warrior/general recruitable commander) to his own sword http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif
My shadow brand queston would be: Are undead immune to this effect? I'd expect them to be, but it might be worth checking before I play Ermor...

From my experience lifeless skeletons are immune to the aoe of shadowbrand.
