Morale as described in the manual is the average of all units in a particular group.

If, say using Broken Empire Ermor, i mix my living troops IN THE SAME GROUP with Undead troops (by using the Censor, for ex.,) will that group's morale be an average of the living units and undead units? Ie., will i get 50 morale points per undead mindless unit?

Yes but its a pro and con thing.
If you run into priests who suddenly blow away large numbers of the people in that group then it will create the rout you were hoping to avoid.

Or in RPG terms:
"Gee I feel safe hidden in here amoung all these guys that can withstand anything. Oops, where did they all go? Man, Im outta here!"

No, mindless (morale 50), unbreakable (morale 30), and berserk (morale 99) troops are not included in the average morale of the squad.
