2 questions:

- Taking into account that the chance that a hit will cause an affliction (lost an eye, limp, etc) is equal to the percentage of the hits point lost by this hit versus the total hitpoints of the creature:

A pretender with extra hitpoints due to positive dominion will have the chance calculated versus the normal hitpoints or the modified total??

- 2nd question:
A death-blessed archer or mage will benefit from the added percentage of affliction causing or is this only for melee??

I'm guessing it works like regeneration, ie based on your modified total. This can be very different from the hp you started the fight with if you were in a dom10 province recently but in a dom1 province now.

It seems like they do, but I dont think anyone had done a superserious test of it.
