I haven't looked at your save. But I can rememebr in one of my games my artillery did not fire until next turn, after a cluster-bomb bombardment.

sometimes, but rarely. none of my artillery fires for one turn, no matter what the time delay. Not exactly sure what causes this, it never happens in a predictable pattern.

I will quote the last line of the OOB error reporting procedures post in that forum, as it is pertinent:

"If we don't reply to your message - don't assume that we have not read your post and start asking about that."

Eventually I will get round to this, and try to find the actual original bug report your save game is adressing (so I can figure out what the complaint actually was) by digging through the forum posts. It would have been much better to have posted this to that existing thread, thus keeping things all together, as separate posts on the same subject get lost.
