The last bit is incorrect. The Chalice doesn't give the Heal command to its carrier.

Immortal healing is dominion dependent? Haven't tried that much.

The caveat about the 'Heal' command not working on old-age afflictions, the inanimate or the lifeless should be mentioned.

So then if I'm playing Hellheim EA the only way I can remove afflictions other than that global ritual is the chalice?

Is it possible to use any of the nature spells such as heal or peronsal regeneration?

If not is it just me or does it seem _very_ hard to remove afflictions?

My Pretender right now is a gimped out crippled old man lol

Sadly, battle magics that regenerate or heal do nothing to remove afflictions. Only the above mentioned things work.
