engineer clone lacks engineer abilities

Spob07, unit 650 RM Engineers is unit class 171 (engineer clone) but lacks engineer abilities.
It does not detect nor clears mines in front of it.

I got used to engineer support units not clearing mines, although one can argue if the crew loses its ability to detect/clear mines just because they have to man an mg/mortar/etc. But unit 171 is not a support unit.

that one had been missed from a couple of if sttements in the code dealing with engineers - now sorted.
