The first time I started Dominions III, it placed my land
nation (C'tis) on an island completely surrounded by four
water provinces. If I remember correctly, there was, in
Dominions II, a way to mark a province as a non-starting
one. Shouldn't the Parganos map be fixed to prevent this
happening in a real game?
