Igor Khelm's Tome

Anybody know what the artifact Igor Khelm's Tome does? It's missing it's description. It costs 10a 10d, shows up at con-8 and doesn't seem to boost any magic paths (don't have a fire mage to test it on though).

From the manual: Corpse Man bonus +10 (10 more Corpse Men for every time you cast Corpse Man Construction, A1D1 Constr 1) and increased att, def during storm, similar to Air Queens' ability.

Also, it's supposed to be Igor Könhelm's Tome, but the 'ö' (and the description) were lost due to a bug. There have been many similar occurences with characters like Skögu (Sauromatian heroine), or Göte the mercenary, and even nations like Midgård and Utgård.

note thant the tome stacks with staff of storm for the Corpse Man bonus !
