I was the one that slipped in a C'tis... Restarting might be good, considering the drought of games, unless you were hoping for a small one.

I was actually having a spot of fun in that game, started in a water province completely surrounded by land, but was still doing rather well.

Anyway, restart or not it is of no consequence.
