Hi

I don't understand why the controled boats by AI are not moving and following the waypoints. If somebody has an answer, thank you by advance .

Because the AI does not move them. It only has code for rubber dinghys and landing barges.

No - barges are those that are troop carriers, and so will go to shore and drop pax, then retire. Land Vehicles with amphibian capacity also know to go to shore as they will navigate towards objectives.

LCS and LCG will stand still. They are for the AI simply a way to provide indirect arty.
