Just wanted to heads up that I'm playing a game right now where my Early Arcoscephale's national scrying power (the ability to scry accurately inside friendly dominion) did not work as expected. It told me there would be 20 Lion's Tribe in a province and there were 35 when I attacked it next turn.

By "accurate" I assume the power isn't supposed to be prone to the random deviation of troop numbers that normal stealth units have. Am I correct? I did not find this bug listed in the stickied bug list.

It's more about the scrying and less about the accuracy. You'll see all provinces under your domain as if you had a scout in them. You won't get any more information even if you have three sources to the same information (a scout (1) in a neighbouring province (2) under your dominion (3)). You'd need a Spy (which Arcos can't recruit) or an Astral Window spell for a more accurate report.

Well, it's good to know that spies give better reports; I did not know that / had forgotten.

I do not think spies give better reports on units. But you will see PD, unrest and tax.
