Favorite target selection

Is it possible to deselect your favorite target selections during a game and place them at new locations? Like I've captured one area and no longer need them in said area any more, can they be moved? Thanks.

You get one set of pre-plotted artillery Priority Hexes. It is not possible to change these.

Think of the golden spots as of spots to which your artillery zeroed during the battle preparation - once the battle starts, there's no time for careful zeroing...
