The spell "Wish"

Am I the only one who can't get wish to work? Searched the forums, but can't find any posts about it..And can't find anything about it the manual either..I've even googled it with no result..

When I cast the spell (in single player, if that makes any difference) all I get is an empty list?! Am I missing something?

I use the latest patch..

You need to type what you are wishing for. You can enjoy not knowing what you might get, or you can find one of the threads that reveals what the known working choices are.

Just so you know, a couple quick wishes:

--Units (just type the name or #. It comes as a non-commander and must be Gift-of-Reasoned to be made an SC.)

--Power/Magic

--Territory/Provinces

--Gems

What you get (except for the units, to my knowledge) is often random (but it is technically what you wished for).

Don't worry about dud wishes, the game will tell you if it doesn't recognize what you wished for (which means you can't get it, though).
