Are there any games opening? I haven't played MP for quite some time. I would like to get thrashed. Can anyone recommend a game that is about ot begin? No preferences at all, but maybe I should play a nation with few national summons or old graphics, so I get motivated to work on it http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Gandalf has a couple of games open: http://game.dom3minions.com/bin/server_chk.cgi
How to join: http://game.dom3minions.com/how-to.html
If you are looking for something specific, I could provide hosting, too.

I was thinking of starting a larger game - probably mid or late - random nations (with a few exception)...
Edit: Are you looking for blitz or a longer (24/48 hour turn) games?

I would like to see a full player EA game right now.

How would I go about seeing the settings for Gandalfs open games? I'd be curious as to how many players a given game is waiting for in order to start.

I forgot about that old server page.
This is the page that most people check.
The games are on small maps and set to start automatically when 4 people join. But you can hit the start button earlier if you want to play with 2 or 3

There is a new game filling at the moment, here is the link:-
Otherwise Gandalfs 4 player blitzs are fun and quick.
Also Velusion runs excellent longer MP games, he usually has every nation in a particular age.
Shame you are too late for the 62 player mega game, its fantastic, Velusion runs this too.

Yeah, it seems quite fun. And I'm impressed you got it to start. Well done everyone.

I'm looking for a 24/48 game.

Ubercat - all Gandalf's games are 4-player. Their settings are largely standard as I remember, except they have magic sites 60.
Kristoffer - I will start a thread for a new game I think, which you would be more than welcome to join. Although don't feel obliged if you get a better offer http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif
I'll call it Armadillo (I have a South American mammal theme going with my games), and I'll go with the popular vote for age/game settings.
