Basic 30 gold indy commander had 4 Precision. I gave him an Eye of Aiming. He still has 4 Precision. Why?
Precision:10
Experience Bonus:+1
Magic Bonus:+8 (from Eye of Aiming)
Eye Loss:-3 (from Eye of Aiming)
Darkness:-7 (from Utterdark)
Current Precision:4 (huh?)
Thanks in advance.
Edit:No mods in play.

Utterdark halves attack, defense and precision. So, most likely Utterdark is problem.
(10+1+8-3):2=8
Huh? Okey, I don't get it.
Edit2. Yes, that was it. Makes sense too.

Ok, so (10+1+8-3)/4=4 & the in-game display saying "Darkness-7" is... misleading.
A dwarf with Darkvision(50) follows that formula too:
Precision:10
Experience:1
(no mention of Utterdark, but it's there)
(10+1)/(4/2)=5.5 (rounded up = 6) & Current Precision shows 6.
However, the same dwarf with Darkvision(50) and Eye of Aiming:
Precision:10
Experience:+1
Magic Bonus:+8
Eye Loss:-3
(no mention of Utterdark, but it's there)
Wouldn't his precision be: (10+1+8-3)/(4/2)= 8?
Instead it's 10.
Edit: Ok, it seems experience isn't harmed by Utterdark, but then the above dwarf should have 9.

Another precision question:
Thuderstrike has "Precision:100", -bzzt wrong, my error-
Edit: You're right. I probably shouldn't post while at work about stuff I can't verify.
