A very simple feature request

After having seen multiple hosting errors I see a very simple fix that would prevent some mistakes:

If *ALL* players don't submit a turn then the game won't host, period.

That's very simple to achieve. Turn automatic hosting off and quickhosting on. If the host thinks that some of those that haven't played their turn yet should stale, he can force host.

Yes Im afraid that we already have that. Its a basic part of the PbEM setup and could be worked into the direct-connect games also with some scripting of the pre-exec command.
Not many people request it.
