Recently I have many defeats due to this spell. The summoned fish are to weak for causes any damage, and they are summoned in great number and quickly block the way for standard unit (who have a chance to kill). So the battle end when all my troops retreating because they can't make damage to the adversary...
I think the small fish must have a better damage capacity, or an armor percing, simulating the fact that small fish can strike in armor weak point. The spell can have a highter cost for balancing purpose.

There are two shark-summoning spells: School of Sharks (Conj 4) and Shark Attack (Conj 6). Which do you mean? School of Sharks is nothing more than sea-going Swarm, so it's effective only in the right circumstances. Shark Attack summons big sharks (20 Str, w/ lots of HP), but they have low attack, so they might not be able to hit high-defense opponents.

School of Sharks is worse than Swarm. Wtih Swarm, the dragonflies are on your opponents immediately, and they have a weak, armor negating attack.

Actually, I think he's taling about the mythology spell "Feeding Frenzy", wwhich summons fishies with sharp teeth. Never cast it myself, since I tend to play unmodded.

If this is about a specific spell in a mod, the thread should be moved to the mods forum.

I think the thread should simply be closed.

I'll link to it from the Mythology mod thread.
