I would really want to know what exactly the death curse does(you have it with a strong blood bless).
I read the FAQ without finding in it the answers I expected.(I want to add the dragons are nonetheless known for their wisdom)(and nice scales)
I played a little with a B9 pretender without finding the answer.
So can someone help me ?

It's very simple- if a unit kills a unit with death curse, the first unit becomes cursed.

Okay, so it's really as crappy as people let me think it was...
Thanks for your rapid answer.
Ah, makes me think to something evil...with some flagellants...
(true I could have found this one..)

Really its not worth it. Unless you have a specific plan requiring blood 9 on your pretender I would avoid it - the Death bless affliction chance+curse from death curse is simply worse than other reasonable blesses.

It also horror marks enemies as well.

Yeah llama reported his mages who blasted my B9F9 flaggies were getting horror marked, so I believe it horror marks too. It's not a strong horror mark, though actually with huge swarms of flaggies (this was mod nation Ulm Reborn) the blood bless might have been worth it.

Value depends on whom you're fighting.

Might be really irritating from Niefelheim's perspective to deal with B9 Jaguar Warriors, for instance, simply because horror mark + curse are more obnoxious to numerically few melee SCs. B9D9 would be even more annoying -- affliction swarming.

B9 flags, vs Man longbow hordes? Meh, not a big deal for the longbowmen so long as there's a screen to slow down the flags. Slaughter away.
