How can I stop this disease....? I know how to prevent it with the air Dome or frost dome but how do you dispel it, cure it, or remove it ?

It is probably a harvester that is sneaking around your province spreading diseases. Put a large army there and start to patrol to find it.

It's either a Harvester of Souls (is that right?), or just someone with a Bane Venom Charm.

Well, as far as I know, there is nothing other than stealth units(bane venom holders/harvesters of sorrow) and, IIRC, poison golems, that can 'spread deadly disease'.

One of the heliophaggii will do it.

Mabakiel, Pazuzu, Harvester of Sorrows, Poison Golem, Bane Venom Charm, all of those spread disease that way.
I think there is also a disease spell that kills population (Black Death or something), so someone could be hammering you with that. If you have domes up and they are still standing, then it's something from the first list. Either summoned by the enemy or summoned by you, it doesn't discriminate.

It is not black death. That is a spell, but the recipient gets an event message saying rotting corpses blight etc and x percent of your population has died.

No... you have an enemy stealth unit resting on your capital causing the disease. You need lots of patrollers to catch him / it. Summon the call of winds and use those birds for patrolling.

Don't forget to check unrest. If unrest is high enough, then patrolling will become dramatically less effective. Consider setting taxes to zero while you're patrolling. Is unrest high?

I was underestimating their stealth :S

Hmm... Stealth (0) = 40.
patrol = (prec + ap)/20.
There's some random number thrown in. The details are on page 67. I'm leaving out quite a bit.
I generally patrol with 40 or 80 militia, keeping an eye out for interesting, useful indies. Woodsmen often double as patrolmen, as well as archers. If they're leading a team of units, 40 is sufficient to catch most. If they're moving in single units, 40 evens the odds, but 80 is almost a sure thing.
Patrol penalties due to unrest max out at -50 patrol strength.
So I take it, by your post, you found the cause?
