How about a spell "Gift of Flight"? Alteration & Air, fairly high level. You target one commander, the commander grows a pair of wings.

On the same theme, how about "Gift of Stealth" (turns a unit stealthy), Alteration and Astral.

The flying thing is almost redundant, as a pair of winged shoes are only 10 air gems. Thats not to say such a spell isn't won't be with out value.

Meanwhile, the developers are firmly committed to stealth being non-acquirable. If it were acquirable, then that would change A LOT of game balances.

Personally, I've always wanted to see some more game altering globals: especially one that would hamper blood hunting. Sort of a counterpart to astral corruption. Maybe half the odds that any one of the three blood hunt checks will succeed, and double the unrest caused by blood hunting.

you could have a nature spell "global lust" to counter blood hunting. it would make there be less virgins. until they all have kids...

LOL I like the idea of "Global Lust" (fire magic, it's demonic after all)

Global lust would probably be a nature spell.

Growth rates triple, sloth increases, and bloodhunting success halves.

I like this one...maybe it could be something you could slip into the water supply?

"Your province is suffering the effects of a double dosage of Spanish Fly (tm).

No blood virgins are available this month, but reduce Unrest by 10."
