Too bad my Mac can't run Leopard. They upped the system requirements so much that my old G4 can't cope. Guess I'll have to keep playing on my PC until I can afford that shiny new Macbook Pro.

How much is difficult to say.
I used to show battle with the fast option.
and now, with fast, it's too much

Um, with what kind of Mac are you having too fast fast option? Kinda curious, as I haven't upgraded yet myself. Danger of overclocking Dominions?

Does RAM really help with battle performance? I'm having a bugger of a time with my 512 on my PC on the big battles with mages (you know, the ones I actually want to watch).

The only time my system gets awfully slow during battle replay (apart from thousands of units on the map) is when it's winter and there's snow on the map. There doesn't even need to be any snow fall, just white ground, and it's unreasonably slow.

Hm, RAM probably has an effect, since I have similar setup but with only 1 gig of RAM and now that I upgraded to Leopard battle replay on "fast" isn't too fast. Dominions seems a bit faster, though. Or then it's just my imagination.
