If you cast the undead pirate global, yes you can have ninjas and pirates.

I also heard that if the pirate hits a province with a ninja in it, the opponent has to face ninja pirate zombies (slightly more powerful than doom horrors)

I hear ninja PD is so deadly that if you attack a province with Ninja PD, real live ninjas show up at your house and kill you, causing you to stale out of the game.

They don't just kill you, they kill your family, your friends, your friends' families, your mailman, the clerks at the stores you shop at, everyone you've ever spoken to or haas ever heard of you. They make it like you never existed.

And they do all of this if you even /think/ about attacking a province with ninja PD.

Wow. I am seriously not going to mess around with Ninja PD. Seriously. If only to avoid depopulating my entire city. Think of the children.
