View Full Version : Mossbody Broken?

The text of the spell Mossbody says that it will protect the unit from some amount of damage and if not "explode into a cloud of poison". But in my tests with this spell last night I found that the explosion did physical damage, not poison. I mean - the effect is a huge green cloud that certainly looks like poison. But one of my 100% poison res mages that was caught in it was killed immediately. This occured more than once in seperate battles.

Has anyone else seen this? If so, is mossbody working as intended or is it broken?

Sounds like a bug much like the one where O'al Kan's Sceptre had a secondary effect that did 10 an normal damage instead of stun. I'll add that to the shortlist sometime soon.

I used it a bit with my eagle warriors in my now almost over MP game. I saw some poisoning of enemies. It is possible that the effect is nonresistable poison, although it is unlikely. A misplaced secondary effect is more likely, although I didn't see any in my game.
