multi-player question

I've got a fairly easy question but I don't know the answer since I'm hosting MP games.

Can you create a MP game with several human players AND some comp players (for a map which has comp players on specific starting sites with specific pretenders and some other advantages?)

how do I set cumulative victory points for a map?

I don't see that command in the .doc file

You set the victory conditions when creating the game on the server.
