I'playing with LA R'lyeh and have a dominion base free spawn of dreamers cannon fodder. My starting castle is in a lake, all adjacent territories are land.
I'm starting to have a big number of water only units in that territory, and I don't know how to dispose them. Shoul I Fire from Afar my Capital?
Some hints?
Thanks.

You can drown those free spawns by Gateway(Thau-5) them to a land province.

That's an awful start location. Be glad you weren't EA Oceania.

Ooh, I can sympathize. I tried EA Oceania in the demo on a random map, and started in a lake with only one adjacent sea province held by Tritons. There were two larger bodies of water beyond one of the adjacent land provinces, but one of the AIs (Marverni) kept taking that chokepoint back; I think I had reconquered it three times before the demo reached its turn limit.

It is the south lake of Parganos. I consider The starting position quite good, is near to the two major body of water and surrounded by rich plains to assure a good starting gold income. The only big problem are those damn blocked fishes.
If I were Oceania that would be big problems.
