Okay. This has bugged me for some time now. We all know that there are units with old age in the game. But my question is: Can a unit who's not affected by old age get "old age"?
For example a simple militia unit that after a really long amount of playtime becomes an "old guy" and thus ages.
Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure that is the case, as there are ways (magic, of course) to accellerate aging. The global Burden of Time and the spell effect Banefire come to my mind quickest.

Yes, all units have age stats that you can see when clicking on the Fatigue line in the unit display.

I believe the age increases by 1 every winter. At least, disease because of old age occurs in winter (keep you old mage home during winter if you have a growth dominion).
