Is there any form of 'table' to help properly understand the visibility system when it comes to designing scenarios etc?

I'm thinknig like, is the visibility given in 'percentage', i.e. 1% visibility to 99%, or is it some other form that it's given in?(My grammar in this sentence is [censored], sorry).

I'm trying to figure out what would be an approx. appropriate visibility for a rainy moonless night in South Korea. I've been thinking maybe 20-25?

Thanks for any help/ideas.

Table attached, obtained from this thread:

As far as I know that´s the only "table" you´ll find regarding that matter.

The visibility isn't percentage, it's max. range of sight without any special equipment (NVG's, thermal imaging etc.)

Thanks to both of you, that table is a great help to me!

A while back I put that information into a table and posted it online for another project I was doing. I added some stuff to help narrow down the results when certain ranges were given for the daytime ranges. Might be useful to you.

Thanks Double_Deuce, from the charts I think a visibility off 4-5 would probably be appropriate, with the NKs having reduced Route/rally!
