Has any created a graphical Mod tutorial? Help.

I am interested in modifying and creating several additional units for the modern USMC OOB. Could any provide me information regarding the tools and process necessary to create the graphical icons? I have SPMBT Windows. Is there a tutorial available for such work? Any assistance or guidance would be most appreciated.
