The most annoying bug in the game

The most annoying bug in the game is the so-called "syncinfo" bug, where playing a tcp-ip network game, when you try to connect to the server, you just get a "Waiting for info" screen. You have to start the game in windowed mode, and then keep launching more windows until you finally get one that gets past the bug. I hate it, and I wish someone would fix it.

I have the bug now in Bastions of Power. Never had it there before. I think it must be client-related. After having it in no games before tonite, I now have it in all my MP games, across different servers.

It seems to propagate, like a worm. The first place I encountered it was in one of Zachariah's games. Zach, what do you have running on your server?

I have never seen it. THank goodness. What is the work around again?

Well, the easiest workaround is to keep launching new games, in windowed mode, until one of them connects. There is a much more complicated workaround, which I believe VFB came up with.
