So, I've never cast wish.
I've scammed the boards and seen the usual wishes. But what are peoples individual favorites.
Can one wish for stealth?
Or adding a territory as a neighbor?
How about heros, or pretenders?
Call God?
Interested in crazy things you've tried.. and what your favs are.

Well I usually wish for power(stat boost), ultimate power(magic boost) or creature(seraphs and erinyes almost exclusively). I imagine wishing a powerful artifact away from opponent could sometimes be useful in MP.

In MP you would usually wish for:
1) Gems
2) Steal a powerful artifact away (usually just the grail)
3) Powerful Leaders (Seraphs)

Which reminds me... If I could change one thing about wish it would that wouldn't give you as many gems as it does when you wish for them or at least randomize the kinds you get.

i can only answer this from D2 days, but my favorites were always (in order):
gems
slaves (if you're not a blood nation, but you have a decent blood mage)
doom horror (I hear now they attack your summoner half the time, which is a pity...in D2 doom horrors were the ultimate SC)
magic power
power

Wishing for "hero" used to give you a unit of the type "hero", who is Antromachus the legendary hoplite of Arcoscephale. I don't remember if it was changed.
I don't think "stealth" is possible. "provinces" might be, they'd probably act as if the provinces rebelled (like the event): you get random provinces without armies or PD, and if your enemy had army moving into them he instantly gets them back.

On a side_note... the next patch has a new spell called 'Gift of Flight', which sounds like the caster will permanently gain the flight ability considering 'Gift of Reason' permanently provides leadership qualities.

No, it doesn't do that. Flight spell was bugged and couldn't be used to target the caster, and it has been fixed now.

I see... so the spell was also renamed.

There is now personal and area versions of the spell. I think Gift of Flight is the area version, although I'm not sure any more.

and I think its only logical..as there is virtually no way to make someone stealthy other wise.

You can wish for provinces but it's all but worthless. They are in random locations rather than on your border and if the current owners have armies in them at the time they immediately retake them.
The spell should only grant you provinces on your border and it should retreat (intact, not dispersed) any armies in it. It would not affect a province where such a retreat would kill the retreaters.
Some ideas on extending wish:
(Spell): The spell is added to your nation's spellbook. This opens up nationals. You still need the appropriate research to actually have it available.
Cast (Spell): You cast the spell. You pay the gem cost of the spell in addition to the 100 gems for the wish. It must be a spell known but you do *NOT* need the paths to cast it with.
Research: Gives some number of research points.
