Does luck either in dominion or as a personal effect help when using the transformation ritual?

It'd be nice if it did, though. I'd rather like it if dominion luck had the same sort of wide-ranging effect as in Nethack, where a hidden luck stat has a small and hidden effect on a huge variety of RNG activity.

I've no idea how large a boost that might have on the value of luck dominion though. It might make it overpowered.

How would you decide what is lucky ?

Some animals would be useful for different roles - stealthy versus flying versus large size versus combat effectiveness/survivability

Well, twiceborn cannot help you.

There are several possible results:

One is that you turn into some critter, magical or otherwise. You retain the twiceborn enchantment.

Two is that you turn into a feebleminded foul spawn. You retain the twiceborn enchantment.

Three is you die. Your twiceborn enchantment triggers. You return, with experience and increased death magic. It does you little good, since you are now a Blind, Weakened, Crippled, Mute, and Feebleminded Wight Mage. (Your afflictions may vary)

By the way, Edi, I've detected what is most likely a bug with transformation.
