In my SP game which I'm gonna continue tomorrow I've just seen a temple in a forest (indie, woodsmen), what sort of site/other stuff besides the woodsmen could be there.

I seem to recall some things with mages and dark vines.. (and I don't want to put a small army or my pretender against those)

Is that what I can expect or something else.. let me know so I can decide to take it or wait when I continu the game.

just a random event that created a temple in the province AFAIK...doesn't do anything.

If there are dark vines, you'll be told they are there.

Not me. I was just told there was bloodhenge druids in the province.

Yeah I had that once too, noone mentioned the 2 vines... but now there are no druids mentioned either. I haven't had time to play SP now though nightshift and MP taken up all my time. Will the temple be destroyed when I take the province though?

I've seen indie temples in the ocean a lot too. Don't remember what happens after conquest though. Probably destruction.

indie temples are always destroyed. think of them as shrines to minor local gods. You wouldn't want to leave those standing would you?

Perhaps you would if you had really awful scales. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Feature idea: the game should gave you a message upon burning such a temple: "Hallelujah! The pagan temple hath been burned!"
