Is this spell resistible ? Can you parry it ? Does Body Ethereal&Luck can help against it ?

Is this spell resistible ? No.
Can you parry it ? No.
Does Body Ethereal&Luck can help against it ? No and Yes.

How about Rain of Stones? Same answer?

Rain of Stones and Blade Wind are mundane physical damage. So Body Ethereal does help against it.

Twist Fate will help too (once, at least).

I believe armor protection can help to resist Gift from Heaven, though only with negligible effect.

The standard damage value of Gift from Heaven is 150, and the highest armor protection won't exceed 50+, to most target 100 damage is certainly death, so armor "resist" is almost meaningless.

I will second your opinion for most cases, but some SCs do have around 150 HP, and henceforth the armor protection will be determined for them if it really works. Leviathan with 143 HP/19 Pro is the best candidate for such a case.

Luck, Twist Fate, and Mistform work. Warriors of mist, Will of the Fates, and
well placed decoys do an OK job minimizing the damage when it's a battle of
numerous, mage rich armies.
On the other hand, a single SC against E/S mages is a lost cause... Unless we
are talking about a heavily-wished Seraph that opens with Soul Drain, and then
gets serious. And even he would have to be rather lucky.

Would blood vengeance work?

Mistform will not work against gift of heaven. Even if it was not magic 150 damage is way above 25.
My guess is that blood vengeance would work.

Mistform would work in the same way twist fate does, it'd negate the first meteor.

An easier solution: Mist plus Storm. I did that in a battle where I didn't want to lose my shiny cool units and it was funny seeing how totally out of place those comets landed on the battlefield. Not one of them hit any of its targets.

Baalz, that is not true. Mistform does not work against magic or damage over 25.

Baalz is right, Folket. The first hit above 25 damage does negate Mistform, but it still reduces the damage from that hit to 1.

Im pretty sure that although its canceled, the first damage is made 1.

I will have to try that.

I looked in manual and it seems like was all wrong. Mistform works against magic as well. It will just expire after working.
