I am trying to convert jpgs into lbms. I am using paintshop. I changed the resolution to 160x80 and put it to grayscale. The picture works in mobhack but in the actual game it is just a mass of colorized pixels.. any advice? I have attached the file. I had to convert it back to jpg since the site wouldn't let me upload an lbm...
