Pretty sure I remember reading this somewhere but if someone wouldn’t mind confirming I would appreciate it:
A blind caster casting a 100 precision spell will still always hit his target correct?
Thanks.

Sounds like someone's got a Tartarian Cyclops up his sleeve... http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Yes 100 prec spells still work with blind mages. I've had my fair share of blind theurgs or whatever still casting Paralyze and such.

As an interesting question: Would a blind caster always cast 100 prec spells if left to the AI's decisions?

As a slight variation on the question: is accuracy of 100% spells affected by darkness, i.e. does it become 50%?

IH, Thanks.

Parcelt, I would guess yes, but if that is the case, then a blind caster would be better since Blind units are unaffected by darkness.

darkness does not affect 100 percent precision spells.

I suspect 100 is a special number, where you always hit, no matter what.

you do not "always" hit. I have killed my own troops with soul slay before. though it may be a bug. but it does happen on rare occasions.

Then those Corpse Constructs got some boost in CBM!

P.S. But seriously QM, 14MR for a reanimated corpse? Same as a Wight? Really?

Corpse Constructs are so utterly terrible that any bonus they can get, they should keep.

I guess the way they were reanimated grants them special mr.
