Does the fountain of blood pretender blood sussing bonus benefit soley the pretender or does it apply a national bonus?

Aka.. has any one looked to see if FOB dousers do better than other pretenders dousers?

The dousing bonus of the Fountain of Blood is only for the pretender. By the way, Vampire Queens don't get a dousing bonus, so as far as I know the FoB is the only one with a bonus.
