Megagame - full again.

Xietor's colossal megagame, KingMaker, will be starting tomorrow, with spaces for 61 players. However, it is _possible_ that there may be one or two spaces left empty, on account of players forgetting to send pretenders in. If you'd like to jump in at the last minute to play in this very special game, please post here and also post a PM to Xietor to let him know. It would be great if we can have all 61 spots filled.

Actually Llamabeast, there is a list of alternates that I need to run through 1st, before opening up the game to everyone. And it does appear that we have enough alternates who signed up as alts on the game thread 2-3 weeks ago to fill in the ranks.

Of more of a concern for you Llamabeast, is the fact that 23 players have signed up to play EA races, and KingMaker_Early claims to have a max of 22 players. /cough. /cough.

Right! Turns out that having exhausted the existing alternates, there are TWO spots left. Two! Further, the game will be starting at midnight tonight UK time. That's 01:00 GMT. So if people can get a pretender in by then, you're in! (Xietor has had enough of trying to chase down pretenders, so I get the last-minute authority to find people to fill the last two spots.)

If you decide you're going to send in a pretender for one of these nations, please both PM me and post here, so someone else doesn't pick the same nation.

Also, if you want to sieze a spot quickly, you could send in a placeholder pretender and MAKE SURE you send in a more polished design by 01:00 GMT to overwrite it.

DonCorazon - yes. You're right, that's what it was. Or at least it certainly feels that way. I definitely wrote to Xietor earlier about how there were only 58 pretenders, but it turns out there are 60 with none recently received (well now there are 63 and I have to write some apologetic PMs!). Reality definitely shifted.

nozshand - thanks for your impressive speed, but regrettably we can't squeeze your Agartha pretender in after all, and he'll have to be culled. Many apologies.

Xietor again - do you know who's playing LA Pythium? I have a pretender which arrived in the small hours this morning, but don't know who it's from. Guess I'll e-mail him.
