Aren't all patches contained in the 3.17 download ? Did you have problems playing the game ?

You can download all the current patches from http://www.shrapnelgames.com/Illwinter/Dom3/6.htm
You only need to apply the latest one for your operating system.

When I have installed patch 3.15, the game ended after the first turn and I was to reset my computer. On the http://www.shrapnelgames.com/Illwinter/Dom3/6.htm is said, that the patch will work only with the full version of the game, but there I can download only the last patch. Now I haven't any patch.

"Full version" means "not a demo". All patches can be directly applied to the 3.00 or whatever the first version was.
I suggest contacting Shrapnel Games and asking for technical support.

I don't want to assume anything, but it sounds like you don't have a legal copy of the game.
Can you confirm that you do? And don't lie because there's no way of fixing the problem if you have an illegal copy, so you'll be wasting your time.

Also inkvi you'd be advised to remove your e-mail address from your post, otherwise it's likely to be found and harvested by spambots.

Quite possibly. Apparently there are many pirate copies around in Russia. The best thing is to buy the game directly from this website. Although it'll take a week or two to arrive (about one week to the UK), at least you can be sure it's legit. The patches add so much to this game that it's well worthwhile. And of course, you can only play multiplayer (which is the really fun part IMHO) if you have the latest patch working.

It can be very difficult to do an online order if you don't have access to a credit card or similar that can be used online. In any case, asking Shrapnel Games directly will give the most detailed answer.

For what it is worth, I ordered Dominions 2 a few years ago online, and paid with a check via mail. It took a little longer since they had to wait for the check to arrive and clear before shipping, but not very long. (And it was well worth the wait. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif )

Plus, you cant beat having Shrapnel have the documentation that you did order the game. In cases Ive seen when people have had problems Shrapnel has always been above and beyond helpful when they could verify the purchase. That would make it worthwhile to me to wait abit longer for delivery.
Just IMHO

When my Dominions_2 first arrived... I thought they forgot to ship the CD. For 5 seconds I was in painful frustration wondering how long I'd have to wait for a replacement... then I found it inside the manual.
Huge Relief.
